What is Salt Nic or Salt E juice?

Nicotine salt e liquids came after the first generation of e juices (freebase aerosol e juices.) Nicotine salts occur naturally in tobacco leaves and synthesis was first attempted by Philip Morris.

These nicotine salts proved to be far too harsh because of the extra high PH levels in the final mixture until PAX Labs figured out a little trick in the early 2000s to drastically lower the PH using Benzoic Acid.
