Yes Rick, it is absolutely your right. But your time would be better spent going after full legalization (not this decriminalization and other carrot-dangling) at the federal level. The states are screwing this up in their thirst for more tax revenue. And the Red states are making it worse, especially in places like Florida where 61% voted for it, and the legislature’s answer was vertical integration and an oligopoly that drives $400/ounce for crap product. Let’s get full legalization at the federal level and have a standard to follow, and force these states to stand on their own instead of trying to attach tax $$ and punish voters for what they want.
